Abstract

We aim to improve both the energy harvesting efficiency and communication reliability of overlay networks powered by harvested energy. To this end, multiple antennas are considered to collect energy efficiently and perform reliable decoding by selecting the transmitting antenna and applying maximum-ratio combining.
