Value and ROI for Physician Leadership

Abstract

The industry progressively changes under a constellation of influences, and yet, the patient-physician relationship continues to be a pillar of the healthcare delivery system. Physicians at all levels can (and should) recognize the opportunity offered by this current focus on helping others retain confidence in physicians and their ability to provide leadership. What is relatively difficult, however, is being able to describe the value and ROI of physician leadership.
