The researched data aimed to understand the perception of the impacts considering the aspects of quality of life, child labor, social discrimination, working conditions and people with disabilities. The analysis showed that  the social actions practiced by the companies are basically related to the practice of training, lectures, courses, internal orientations and in relation to child labor the Guardian Angel project. Abstract

The goal of this paper was to study the perception of social actions practiced by companies located in Nova Andradina-MS, more precisely to identify if people perceive the social actions practiced by companies. In order to achieve the goal, it was bibliographically explored about Social Responsibility, socially responsible companies and social actions practiced by socially responsible companies.
