The negative relationship between fatigue, work organization, and job content emphasizes the need for fatigue management to reduce turnover intentions and increase job satisfaction. Furthermore, organizational culture (BI) has been shown to significantly influence work organization and job content. (WJ). Research recommendations include the implementation of structured programs such as coaching, counseling, and mentoring to support staff career development. Special attention to fatigue management and mental well-being is emphasized. These recommendations need to be supported by a continuous monitoring system and cooperation with external educational and training institutions. Abstract

The study explored the impact of organizational climate, psychosocial interactions, and individual characteristics on Work Organization and Job Content at Bank Syariah Indonesia area Lhokseumawe, involving 172 employees as respondents.
