The study contributed to the body of knowledge on involvement performance in this setting by demonstrating how academic staff task performance was positively impacted by empowerment, team orientation, and capability development. Abstract

The influence of empowerment, team orientation, and capability development dimensions of involvement on academic staff’s task performance at Cihan University-Erbil is examined in this paper.
