The validity and reliability of the tool were verified by calculating the Cronbach alpha internal consistency coefficient and the reliability of the repetition. The results showed that the degree of talent management practice was moderate, and that there were no statistically significant differences between the arithmetic means due to the variable of gender and educational qualification. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences between the arithmetic means due to the experience variable and in favor of the category of service from five years - less than ten years. Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing talent management by principals of the Northeastern Badia schools from the teachers' point of view.
