The study population consisted of all secondary school teachers in Mafraq Governorate for the year 2022/23 AD, and a random sample consisting of (257) male and female teachers was selected from the population study (20395) male and female teachers. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire consisting of (5) dimensions was prepared, namely: (the trait of humility, the trait of calmness, the trait of wisdom, the trait of patience , the trait of objectivity). The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were verified, and the data was collected and processed statistically in the (SPSS) program.
