On the basis of comparative analysis of processes of crowdfunding campaign realization the authors formulated and checked several hypotheses dealing with strategies of elaborating and realizing crowdfunding projects. Abstract

   The article studies practice of elaborating and realizing Russian and overseas crowdfunding campaigns of innovation business-projects aimed at finding criteria of their success and identifying their problem zones.The standing of the global market of crowdfunding was analyzed, key principles of raising money on crowdfunding platforms were studied and the most popular categories of projects realized on the biggest platforms in Russia and abroad were identified.
