Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of the mediating role of job satisfaction on the development of human resources, compensation and employee performance. This study used a saturated sample using all ASNs in Bagian Pengadaan Barang Dan Jasa Kabupaten Probolinggo as respondents, totaling 35 employees.
