The focus of this research is to identify the role of teachers in encouraging students' learning motivation, especially in HIC (History of Islamic Culture) subject. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach by conducting observations and interviews with HIC (History of Islamic Culture) subject teachers at MI Nurul Huda Kota Bengkulu Class IV. The findings indicate that in History of Islamic Culture, teachers have not been able to create effective learning, as seen from the learning process where students are not very enthusiastic and lack excitement during History of Islamic Culture Subject. The learning process is successful when students have enthusiasm for learning. Therefore, it is important for teachers to be able to enhance students' learning motivation. Abstract

教师在提高学生学习积极性方面的作用是学习过程中不可或缺的活动。除了传授和引导知识外,教师还起着激发学生学习热情的作用。在学习过程中,教师必须制定周密的策略,以达到最佳效果。本研究的重点是确定教师在鼓励学生学习动机方面所起的作用,尤其是在伊斯兰文化史(HIC)科目中。本研究采用定性描述的方法,通过观察和访谈明古鲁州诺塔胡达第四中学(MI Nurul Huda Kota Bengkulu Class IV)的伊斯兰文化史(HIC)科目教师来进行研究。研究结果表明,在伊斯兰文化史的学习过程中,教师未能创造出有效的学习方法。当学生有学习热情时,学习过程才会成功。因此,教师必须能够提高学生的学习积极性。教师需要创造性地激发学生的学习动机。
