Before the intervention, 22.1% of the patients had good self-care behaviors, after the intervention, the rate increased to 60.5% and continued increasing to 96.5% one month after the intervention. Before the intervention, only 2.3% of the patients were able to take care of themselves, after intervention the rate increased to 10.5% and continued to increase to 90.7% one month after the intervention.\nConclusions: Health education intervention program has significantly changed the self-care behavior of the type 2 diabetes patients.
