Realidades y desafíos del egresado de la Educación Superior frente a los contextos laborales

Abstract

El presente artículo expone un análisis de los principales factores que actualmente inciden en la inserción laboral de los egresados universitarios. El objetivo es analizar desde la realidad actual estos factores, y; los desafíos a los que deben enfrentarse los egresados para asumir exitosamente las tendencias actuales que han surgido a partir de los cambios ocasionados por la emergencia sanitaria provocada por el Covid 2019 y por la cuarta revolución industrial donde se han integrado las tecnologías digitales, dando lugar a una serie de retos por superar. Metodológicamente la investigación tuvo un enfoque cualitativo y la utilidad de los métodos inductivo-deductivo; de análisis y síntesis que permitieron comprender, caracterizar las principales categorías de análisis y obtener las conclusiones respectivas. Como resultado se obtiene que el dominio de las tecnologías y las habilidades blandas serán la configuración que deben poseer los egresados del futuro, y; la trilogía educación superior, sociedad y empresas deben estar sincronizadas a partir de la participación conjunta de diferentes actores sociales como el sector público y privado, las industrias, y; de manera urgente, las instituciones de educación superior. PALABRAS CLAVE: egresado universitario; inserción laboral; revolución industrial 4.0; desafíos laborales.  Realities and challenges of higher education graduates in the labor context ABSTRACT This article presents an analysis of the main factors that currently affect the labor insertion of university graduates. The objective is to analyze these factors from the current reality, and the challenges that graduates must face to successfully assume the current trends that have emerged from the changes caused by the health emergency caused by Covid 2019 and by the fourth industrial revolution where digital technologies have been integrated, giving rise to a series of challenges to overcome. Methodologically, the research had a qualitative approach and the usefulness of inductive-deductive methods; of analysis and synthesis that allowed understanding, characterizing the main categories of analysis, and obtaining the respective conclusions. As a result, it is obtained that the mastery of technologies and soft skills will be the configuration that graduates of the future must have, and the trilogy higher education, society and companies must be synchronized from the joint participation of different social actors such as the public and private sectors, industries, and; urgently, higher education institutions.
