Abstract

Cadres as implementers of posyandu activities have a big role in monitoring the growth and development of toddlers. This study aims to determine the performance of cadres in detecting stunting in toddlers. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling of 38 cadres. The results showed that most of the cadres were adults (20-45 years) that is equal to 57.9%, the most recent education was high school as much as 71.1%, as a housewife by 89.5%, working time. 50% became cadres for > 5 years, 76.3% voluntarily became cadres

POSYANDU 干部在发现 RANDUGENTING 卫生中心地区五岁以下儿童发育迟缓方面的表现
