By paying attention to the benefits of pregnancy exercise for pregnant women, it is a consideration for researchers to find out knowledge and caring attitudes on physical activity during pregnancy. This research is a quantitative analytic study with a cross-sectional design. Primary data was obtained from filling out online questionnaires using the google-form application. The research sample obtained was 303 pregnant women who met the inclusion criteria. Univariate data is presented in tabular form.
