Hyper-Acute rehabilitation: A step towards rehabilitation 2030

Abstract

There is a huge unmet need for rehabilitation services in low middle income countries like India. Rehabilitation needs are high in India with increasing demand for quality care. Making rehabilitation services financially viable for the hospitals and at the same time affordable for patients is one of the greatest challenges faced by the Rehabilitation Physicians. The article attempts to highlight Hyper acute rehabilitation as the need of the hour in India and urges training of rehabilitation team members in the same.
