The instruments in this study were the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI), namely; 1) 60 meter sprint, 2) 60 second elbow hanging test, 3) 60 second lying seat, 4) upright jump, and 5) 1000 meter run. Abstract

2022 年学生体操对增强体质的效果
体能可以通过适当的、系统的、不过量的体育锻炼来获得。SKJ 学生 2022 运动就是支持强身健体的体育活动之一。通过适当的、有系统的、不过量的体育锻炼可以增强体质。SKJ学生2022运动是增强体质的体育活动之一。本研究的目的是确定 2022 年学生体操对增强体质的效果。这类研究采用实验研究法。研究对象为巴伦邦比纳达尔马大学体育教育研究项目的所有学生,共 44 人。研究工具为印尼体能测试(TKJI),即:1)60 米短跑;2)60 秒肘部悬垂测试;3)60 秒卧坐;4)直立跳;5)1000 米跑。结果表明,2022年学生体能锻炼能有效提高比纳达玛大学体育教育研究项目巴伦邦分校学生的体能,体能锻炼训练前(测试前)的平均值为12.89,而2022年学生体能锻炼训练后(测试后)的平均值为16.02。
