Analysis and optimization strategy of residential buildings in the main urban area of Kunming

Abstract

With the rapid development of China's social economy, the number of housing construction has been increasing and the quality of housing has always been improving. At the same time, people's requirements for residential construction are also higher. Aiming at the residential buildings in the main urban area of Kunming, this paper analyzes the current situation of residential buildings in the main urban area of Kunming by using the methods of literature analysis, field investigation, induction and comparative analysis. It is found that the existing residential forms in Kunming mainly include multi-storey residence, villa and high-rise residential buildings, and analyze the problems of these three kinds of buildings.
