Abstract

In order to implement the implementation plan of China's higher vocational education reform and strengthen the skill cultivation of vocational students, this article adopts the teaching philosophy of "student-centered, output oriented, and continuous improvement" to reform and practice the curriculum organization, curriculum content, teaching methods, and curriculum evaluation. 基于 OBE 理念的课程教学改革与实践研究--以《城市轨道交通运营组织》课程为例
为贯彻落实我国高等职业教育改革实施方案,加强高职学生技能培养,本文采用 "以学生为中心、以产出为导向、以持续改进为目标 "的教学理念,对课程组织、课程内容、教学方法、课程评价等方面进行了改革与实践。教学目标支撑人才培养规格,教学内容对接企业岗位工作要求,教学方法体现以学生为中心,考核评价注重过程评价、职业素养和思想政治评价相结合,注重课程目标的达成度。既注重学生对理论知识的理解,又强调实践技能的训练,注重学生素质的培养。实践证明,这种方法有效地增强了学生自主学习的意识,显著提高了教学效果。
