The purpose of the article is to determine the role of innovative pedagogical technologies in higher education in the context of the transformation of the educational environment to increase the effectiveness of education. The peculiarities of the use of innovative pedagogical technologies implemented in higher education are analyzed. Attention is focused on the importance of adaptation to the changing educational environment and the use of innovative pedagogical technologies to improve the quality of teaching and learning. Specific examples of innovative pedagogical technologies and their advantages and disadvantages in higher education are provided, as well as recommendations for further research and implementation. It has been proven that the integration of innovative pedagogical technologies in higher education can provide new opportunities for personalized and flexible learning, strengthen interaction and cooperation between teachers and students of higher education, and contribute to increasing the efficiency of the educational process. In general, the article provides a comprehensive analysis of innovative pedagogical technologies in higher education, their advantages, problems and considerations, as well as real examples of their successful implementation and recommendations for further research to solve the problems of using innovative pedagogical technologies in higher education. These studies should be focused on the development of best practices for integrating these technologies into the educational process of higher education institutions, ensuring their availability and solving problems of bias and discrimination, studying their impact on the learning outcomes of students of higher education. In addition, research should also examine the ethical and social implications of these technologies and their impact on the individual and society as a whole. Abstract

The article provides an overview of the current state of higher education, challenges faced by traditional teaching methods, as well as ways to solve these problems with the help of innovative pedagogical technologies.
