Abstract

The digital transformation of courses and the integration of information technology into teaching are effective ways to cultivate applied composite talents. Based on the experience in the construction of the course “History of world civilizations”, the teachers have created a digital teaching model “SPEAK”, which includes the digitalization of historical stories, practices, assessments and achievements, in order to kindle the mind, and cultivate digital talents. This teaching model has been improved continuously through multiple rounds of teaching practice, and achieved expected results.
