RESEARCH ON ENTREPRENEURSHIP EDUCATION OF CHINESE COLLEGE STUDENTS FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF SOCIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF ENTREPRENEURS

Abstract

This paper discusses the relationship between entrepreneurs' social characteristics, entrepreneurial resources and entrepreneurial environment, and constructs the corresponding relationship research model. With Chinese entrepreneurs as the main research object, this paper adopts the empirical research method and conducts multiple linear regression analysis through the survey data of 350 entrepreneurs in China. The final research results show that entrepreneurial environment, dynamic and hostile dimensions of entrepreneurial environment play a moderating role in the relationship between entrepreneurs' social characteristics and entrepreneurial resource patchwork.
