Rufino Tamayo has been one of the most prodigious exponents in the history of Mexican art. His reinterpretation of Mexican indigenous history, with his peculiar technique in the application of color, perspective, harmony and texture, as well as the deep themes he addresses in his works, make up an incredible legacy.
