Abstract

This study takes the political, theoretical, and belief requirements of college ideological and political courses as the premise and basis, summarizes the characteristics of the professional development of college ideological and political teachers, and extracts the requirements for the professional development of college ideological and political teachers. Under the guidance of the development stage theory, the professional development of college ideological and political teachers is divided into seven periods, which are the pre-service education period, the initial period, the adaptation and transition period, the competence period, the maturity period, the stable period, and the retirement period. 高校思想政治教师专业发展的实践探索
本研究以高校思想政治课的政治要求、理论要求、信念要求为前提和基础,总结高校思想政治教师专业发展的特点,提炼高校思想政治教师专业发展的要求。在发展阶段理论的指导下,将高校思想政治教师专业发展分为七个时期,分别是职前教育期、初创期、适应转型期、胜任期、成熟期、稳定期、退休期。根据各阶段的特点,探索思想政治课教师专业发展的实践模式,如实施校本培训、依托校本课程开发、有效开展行动研究、积极开展教学反思、构建教师专业发展共同体、进行科学的教师评价等。
