The estimation of calcium ion concentrations was achieved up to 11.49 mmol in waste water in Mansoura University. Applications were made for calcium estimation of different water samples and molecular docking of the calcium-crystal violet complex against the Hepatitis C viral proteins (4i33, 4KTC), roving strong bonds of interaction were observed. And anti-bacterial effect on calcium complex with crystal violet and face mask N-95 tissue.
