Second, self-efficacy was found to have a positive effect on job satisfaction. Third, it was found that job satisfaction partially mediated between self-efficacy and daily life satisfaction. Abstract

This study was to investigate the mediating effect of job satisfaction in the effect of self-efficacy on the daily life satisfaction by female workers with disabilities who have spouses, to enhance daily life satisfaction of them. It conducted frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, hierarchical regression analysis, mediating effect analysis, SPSS and Macro PROCESS were used for data analysis.
