The results showed that factors such as instructors' ICT leadership, ICT attitudes, self-efficacy, school culture, leadership support, and training had a significant impact on instructors' ICT leadership. Based on these factors, an ICT leadership training program was developed. The study also found a significant difference in instructors' ICT leadership before and after participating in the training program, indicating the effectiveness of the program. The researchers suggested that private universities in Jinan should implement this training program to enhance instructors' ICT leadership in the future.
