Abstract

At present, China’s universities have a common problem in the training model of creative and innovative talents. This is a manifestation of the lagging behind in the training model and the theoretical system for cultivating cultural and creative industries and the construction of professional disciplines. Universities should respond to the national 13th Five-Year Plan.
