The scale was based on the total degree of skill, and the items of the scale were distinguished, and the values of the stability coefficient of the scale were calculated using the Crow-Nach-Alpha coefficient. T for two independent samples, and it was found that the level of Arabic language teachers’ possession of academic motivation decreased, as well as the teachers’ possession of academic motivation more than the parameters of the parameters according to the gender variable (males and females), and based on the results of the current research, a set of conclusions was reached, as The researcher recommended a set of recommendations and suggestions.
