The findings of this study reveal that the implementation of servant leadership significantly influences service quality, even when considering various moderation and mediation factors within a conceptual model. However, it is important to note that, due to the comparative literature approach, the data collected did not come from primary sources related to the research subject. Abstract

Servant leadership is highly important within an organization. Effective leadership is considered one of the key factors contributing to a healthy development and success of an organization. Numerous studies have been conducted in the field of leadership to explore the relationship between leadership quality and service quality. This research utilized a comparative literature approach. The findings of this study reveal that the implementation of servant leadership significantly influences service quality, even when considering various moderation and mediation factors within a conceptual model.
