Therapeutic options like hormone replacement therapy, pharmaceuticals, cognitive-behavioral therapy for insomnia, and lifestyle adjustments have limitations. The MTSF integrates mindfulness-based therapies into a comprehensive strategy, showing significantly higher scores in various measures, indicating its efficacy in managing menopause-related symptoms, cognitive performance, sleep, and overall well-being.
