In this case, business ethics will consider the social, environmental and economic consequences of various decisions and actions to be taken. The research method uses literature study, carried out by reading, analyzing and drawing conclusions. The results of the literature review are that business ethics is something that needs to be applied when a company operates, and interacts with employees, customers, partners and the general public. So, in carrying out daily tasks, employees and company management must use business ethics as guidelines and standards for behavior. Abstrak Etika bisnis adalah seperangkat norma dan nilai-nilai moral secara umum yang perlu diterapkan sebagai dasar pertimbangan dalam segala proses pengambilan keputuusan diperusahaan. Dalam hal ini, etika bisnis akan mempertimbangkan konsekuensi sosial, lingkungan, serta ekonomi dari berbagai keputusan dan tindakan yang hendak dilakukan. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi literatur, dilakukan dengan membaca, menganalisis dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil dari kajian literatur yaitu bahwa etika bisnis merupakan hal yang perlu diterapkan saat perusahaan beroperasi, serta berinteraksi dengan karyawan, pelanggan, mitra hingga masyarakat umum. Jadi, dalam mengerjakan tugas keseharian, karyawan dan manajemen perusahaan haruslah menjadikan etika bisnis sebagai pedoman serta standar untuk berperilaku.
