Abstract
Background: There are complaints from mothers after SC, starting from postoperative pain, difficulties in mobilizing and fulfilling their own needs, as well as the demands of mothers in caring for their babies. SC delivery method with the concept of ERACS (Enhanced Recovery After Caesarean Section) which is more comfortable with the operation process because there is less pain and the recovery process after surgery is faster than conventional Sectio Caesarea. Research objectives: To determine the ability of the mother to mobilize within 2, 4, and 6 hours after Sectio Caesarea, the level of maternal pain and the average length of stay using the ERACS method at RSIJ Pondok Kopi, East Jakarta. Research methods: This research uses quantitative methods. An approach made descriptively and analytically whose purpose is to describe and describe systematically, factually and accurately. Research results: Based on the results of univariate and bivariate analysis, it is known that there is a relationship between the Sectio Caesarea method and early mobilization of the mother, the level of maternal pain and the average length of stay. Conclusion: Sectio Caesarea using the ERACS method can accelerate the mobilization of mothers after sectio caesarea, reduce pain levels and shorten hospital stays. Suggestion: Can make Sectio Caesarea the ERACS method a superior program in midwifery services to the wider community because of the availability of Sectio Caesarea services using the ERACS method
