The results showed that school culture had a significant effect on Teacher Social Behavior. Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) to reveal the influence of School Culture on the Social Behavior of Teachers of SMK N 35 in West Jakarta. (2) to reveal the effect of Interpersonal Communication on the Social Behavior of Teachers of SMK N 35 in West Jakarta, and (3) to reveal the effect of School Culture and Interpersonal Communication together on the Social Behavior of Teachers of SMK N 35 in West Jakarta.
