Based on a review of the literature on the subject, the article discusses the main challenges faced by teachers and participants in remote classes at that time.The next part of the paper analyses the results of research (qualitative and quantitative) carried out by the Institute of Labour and Social Affairs later – in 2022 – in order to: identify the changes that occurred during the 2 years of the pandemic, identify the practices used in remote teaching in Poland and assess their effectiveness from the point of view of teachers and recipients of education. Abstract
When the pandemic began, the remote learning model became widespread in the Polish education system. However, it was not without its difficulties.
