Abstract

To elucidate the biological function of Rab11-FIP4 in the development of preeclampsia, as well as its clinical significance and underlying mechanism. Relative levels of Rab11-FIP4, IL-6 and TNF-α in placental tissues of PE pregnant women and healthy pregnant women were detected by qRT-PCR. The correlation between Rab11-FIP4 and IL-6 or TNF-α was assessed by Pearson correlation test.
