Abstract

This research study examines "Women in Leadership: How to Break the Glass Ceiling in Business." This paper examines the barriers women encounter in leadership and presents solutions to break the glass ceiling using proven theories and actual facts. Leadership development programmers help women overcome gender prejudice, according to our research.
