Key findings reveal a significant shift towards digital integration, enhancing visitor experiences and yielding substantial economic and social benefits. The U.S. hospitality industry, while adopting digital tools, reveals a spectrum of adoption rates and a potential for strategic growth. The study concludes that digitalization is not merely a trend but a fundamental shift in operational, strategic, and customer engagement paradigms. The study recommends sustained digital innovation, underpinned by policies that support technological advancement while safeguarding stakeholder interests.
