This study will contribute by combining phenomenological analysis with training groups. Abstract

Education has been one of the fields most affected by Covid-19 and the problems related to it are widely discussed in scientific papers. The majority of researchers, interested in the higher education, study students’ mental health, while a smaller number that of university teachers The aim of this article is to suggest a set of approaches to psychosocial support (PSS) for university teachers in a crisis context.
