Abstract

This research aims at the role of emotional intelligence on the organizational behavior of secondary school principals in Salah al-Din, as it positively affects organizational behavior. The study sample consisted of 150 secondary school principals in Salah al-Din. The descriptive analytical approach was used, and the questionnaire was adopted as a tool for study and data collection.
