Efforts have been procured by the researcher with the local NGO of Bhopal. By using various literature sources including Position paper, Case Study, Book, Article, etc, to achieve the objectives including: to increase awareness on the importance of girls education, to help girls in getting education, to help female population of the selected slum area in achieving employment, fund raising, and for the structured and timely Psychological, Social, Emotional, and Educational assessment of school going children. The methodology used by the researcher included in depth research, awareness campaign, fundraising, using practical methods for teaching, psychometric tests, surveys, etc. The findings during the commencement of the project considering the society were the deep rooted disparities, status attitude, ethnic consequences prevailing in the society, poverty, and disability, the agency were its role in educating, dignifying, and empowering the society, and the self were the learning and enhancement of skills, and an exposure to the societal negatives.
