Data collections were done using the structured closed-ended questionnaire based on the sample of the study and retrieved for analysis. Analysis of collected data were done using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and presented using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPPS) version 20. The findings show a significant relationship between the four dimensions of employee conflict management. (Conflict identification, regulatory control, conflict displacement and mediation) and two measures of criterion variable organisational productivity – profit and market patronage. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between employee conflict management and organisational productivity in the banking sector in Rivers State, Nigeria.
