Group A was considered as control and was treated with tablet Sertraline Group B was treated with tablet Rasaraj rasa while Group C was treated with Vajigandhadi tail Basti therapy along with Rasaraja Rasa 125 mg. Total three follow up were taken at one month interval each. During the study period 18 patients were dropped out and 60 subjects completed the entire study. The assessment was done through Hamilton Depression rating scale and Barthel scale. Results: The therapeutic effect of Rasaraj Rasa along with Vajigandhadi basti therapy was found better as compared to other groups. Conclusion: Study has shown significant changes over symptoms of PSD i.e. both on level of depression and motor functioning. 拉沙拉沙与Vajigandhadi Basti治疗脑卒中后抑郁的随机对照临床试验
