Abstract

Background; COVID-19 pandemic has led to many negative problems for all aspects of society. While respiratory symptoms are typically most severe manifestations of COVID-19 infection, SARS-CoV-2 infection may be responsible for diversity of potentially severe cardiovascular manifestations, mainly in studied cases with pre-existing cardiovascular conditions, Aim and objectives; to evaluate impact of SARS-CoV-2 virus on acute coronary syndrome patients and correlate it with clinical presentation, Echocardiography and coronary angiography outcome, Subjects & techniques: This was case control research, has been happened in Department of cardiology Al-Azhar University on 300 patients divided on three groups presented with acute coronary syndrome, STEMI and NSTEMI. First control group were presented only with STEMI. The second case under study group was presented by STEMI & SARS-CoV-2 active infection. The last group were presented by “NSTEMI or unstable angina” and SARS-CoV-2 active infection, Results; statistical analysis of 300 patients divided on three groups presented with acute coronary syndrome (STEMI, NSTEMI or unstable angina).That showed high variation among studied groups as regard EF (Ejection fraction), cardiogenic shock, respiratory failure and increased in-hospital mortality, Conclusion; In studied cases infected with SARS-CoV-2, acute myocardial injury is related to in-hospital mortality and is indicator of poor prognosis. careful indication of more invasive diagnostic tests and subsequent implementation of appropriate treatments without delay as time is muscle,
SARS-CoV-2病毒对急性冠状动脉综合征患者的影响与临床、超声心动图和冠状动脉造影结果相关
背景;新冠肺炎疫情给社会各方面带来了许多负面问题。虽然呼吸道症状通常是COVID-19感染最严重的表现,但SARS-CoV-2感染可能导致多种潜在的严重心血管表现,主要是在已有心血管疾病的研究病例中。为了评估SARS-CoV-2病毒对急性冠状动脉综合征患者的影响,并将其与临床表现、超声心动图和冠状动脉造影结果联系起来。研究对象和技术:这是一项病例对照研究,在爱兹哈尔大学心内科将300名患者分为急性冠状动脉综合征、STEMI和NSTEMI三组。第一对照组仅行STEMI。研究组第2例为STEMI + SARS-CoV-2活动性感染。最后一组患者表现为“非stemi或不稳定型心绞痛”和SARS-CoV-2活动性感染。将300例急性冠脉综合征(STEMI、NSTEMI或不稳定型心绞痛)患者分为三组进行统计学分析。结果表明,在EF(射血分数)、心源性休克、呼吸衰竭和住院死亡率增加等方面,研究组之间存在很大差异。在研究的SARS-CoV-2感染病例中,急性心肌损伤与住院死亡率相关,是预后不良的指标。仔细指示进行更具侵入性的诊断测试,并随后立即实施适当的治疗,因为时间紧迫;
