Among respondents concerned with social justice, an “equal opportunity” frame elicited higher priority ratings. However, exploratory analyses showed frames only mattered when respondents held mixed policy preferences. Abstract
Frames shape public opinion on policy issues, with implications for policy adoption and agenda-setting.
