Abstract

The grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities are the basis of all the work of the party leading colleges and universities in the new era bearing the burden and mission of training the public for socialism. In the new era, the grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities have encountered new situations and new challenges. The young students and student party members it guides are primarily “the post-00s generation”.
