However, surveillance of large natural areas such as forests, airports and logistical bases is challenging. Using UAVs can greatly facilitate this process, making it more efficient. Abstract

This paper presents the concept of using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for surveillance, reconnaissance and determining the extent of fire phenomena. The rapidly developing microelectronics means that UAVs are being used in many areas of life. One of these is firefighting.
