Abstract

Ziel/Aim Quantitative assessments of positron emission tomography/computer tomography targeting the prostate specific membrane antigen (PSMA PET/CT) are promising for the evaluation of response to [Lu-177]PSMA radioligand therapy (PSMA RLT). Both the updated PSMA PET/CT consensus statement (CS) [1] as well as the recently introduced Response Evaluation Criteria In PSMA-PET/CT (RECIP 1.0) [2], strongly emphasize the change in whole-body tumor volume as a major response criterion.
