Methodology for research and data analysis to develop an intelligent drug search system

Abstract

The work presents the author-developed tools for conducting medical and sociological research in the field of modern services for searching and purchasing medicines using the capabilities of the Internet. The methodology for conducting sociological research is described, and the authors’ questionnaire for surveying users is presented. The toolkit allows studying various consumer experiences of purchasing medicines in order to predict the creation of Internet services in the pharmacy segment of the pharmaceutical market.
