The results of this research showed that the overall cumulative achievement index of respondents had the highest average GPA obtained by TUWEB service users, namely 3.56, and the lowest was the average GPA of TMK service users was 3.21, while the average GPA of TUTON learning assistance service users was 3.40. The variables of learning motivation, learning assistance, and learning media influence the Grade Point Average (GPA). Abstract

This research aims to compare the factors that influence students' academic achievement in learning assistance services (TUWEB, TUTON, TMK) at UPBJJ-UT Bengkulu.
