Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya hubungan positif antara psychological capital dengan sikap kerja, dengan asumsi semakin tinggi psychological capital, maka semakin tinggi sikap kerja, dan sebaliknya semakin rendah psychological capital, maka semakin rendah sikap kerja. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara Medan sebanyak 100 orang yang dipilih dengan metode totally samping. Data diperoleh dari skala untuk mengukur psychological capital dengan sikap kerja. Perhitungan dilakukan dengan melakukan uji prasyarat analisis (uji asumsi) yang terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan korelasi Product Moment melalui bantuan SPSS 15 for windows. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,34 (p < 0.05). ini menunjukkan ada hubungan positif antara psychological capital dengan sikap kerja. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa sumbangan yang diberikan variabel psychological capital terhadap sikap kerja adalah sebesar 13,3 persen, selebihnya 86,7 persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti kinerja karyawan dan lainnya. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hipotesis penelitian ada hubungan positif antara psychological capital dengan sikap kerja dapat diterima.
 This study aims to determine the relationship between psychological capital and work attitudes. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a positive relationship between psychological capital and work attitude, assuming the higher the psychological capital, the higher the work attitude, and conversely the lower the psychological capital, the lower the work attitude. The research subjects used in this study were employees of PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara Medan as many as 100 people who were selected by the totally sideways method. Data obtained from a scale to measure psychological capital with work attitudes. The calculation is carried out by conducting a prerequisite analysis test (assumption test) which consists of a normality test and a linearity test. Analysis of the data used is using Product Moment correlation through the help of SPSS 15 for windows. The results of data analysis showed a correlation coefficient of 0.34 (p < 0.05). This shows that there is a positive relationship between psychological capital and work attitude. The results of this study indicate that the contribution given by the psychological capital variable to work attitudes is 13.3 percent, the remaining 86.7 percent is influenced by other factors such as employee performance and others.
